Any event regardless of the attendance can be a major audio visual production. The most important thing is that the technology enables your speakers and facilitates understanding for your attendees.

The setup that we recommend changes depending on the size of the room and the requirements of the presentation. For small events in a conference room, in the past we have often used (but are not limited to) the following equipment:

  • – Up to 3000 lumen LCD Projector or Plasma or LCD Screen
  • – Laptops
  • – Audio system
  • – Table microphones
  • – Mixer
  • – Speaker phones
  • – Video conferencing equipment
  • – Flip charts
  • – White boards

 
For slightly larger events with 100 or fewer attendees, depending on the characteristic of the room and the presentation requirements, we often recommend (but are not limited to):

  • – Up to 5000 lumen LCD Projector (one or multiple)
  • – Laptops
  • – Audio system
  • – Table microphones
  • – 6 or more channel mixer
  • – Executive podium microphones
  • – Wireless lavaliere microphones
  • – 10′ fast fold screens
  • – Floating microphone
